Our ScanTo3D App, in combination with cloud-based analysis, efficiently generates a precisely measured and labeled 3D CAD and floorplan for properties. This app offers the ability to create 2D floorplans and calculate the Gross Living Areas (GLA).

With no need for tape measures, notepads, or furniture rearrangement, this AI-enabled app simplifies the process of capturing a furnished house and delivers a comprehensive floorplan with an accuracy of one inch in every 20 feet. The only hardware required is your LiDAR-enabled iPhone Pro or iPad Pro (+2020). Simply move around, collect data, and let ScanTo3D handle the rest.

Upload the model to the Cloud, where our proprietary AI algorithm will generate a detailed floorplan in various formats, including Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, FBX, and DFX.
Easily and automatically create appraisal-quality floor plans that comply with ANSI standards and incorporate the GLA (gross living area) from your LiDAR-enabled iPad/iPhone.
Architects can conveniently access the accurate CAD or floorplan by downloading the file from the cloud.
